Since I pay attention to newly proposed notary rules and laws, can you tell us where CA law says this? Just in case someone proposes similar wording in my state.

A more actionable question: do you know if the CA Department of Public Health accepts loose certificates with this form, since the pre-printed certificate is not suitable for use by a VT notary?
