| Open file you want to print in Adobe reader. Click 'view' tab, Click 'show/hide'. Click 'Navigation Panes'. Click 'page thumbnails'. A panel will open on the left side of the open file that shows tiny 'pages' that you can easily tell are either letter or legal size. There's also a scroll bar so you can quickly whiz thru the whole file & tell if it's all letter or not. Then (I didn't say this was easy, but it doesn't take any more time than printing by size and then having to put it back in order) You can click on each page you want to print in the thumbnail pane. one at a time or you can tell your printer to print pages 1 - 10 or whatever. Of course, you'll have to put the correct size paper in your one tray. |
