You're right, Lee. It used to be, I'd hear borrowers tell me it took approximately 3 weeks from date of application to date of signing. I actually had one young man tell me his took exactly 7 days from start to signing. Now, I'm hearing anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks. And, more and more, I'm hearing Rocket is requesting resubmission of documentation -- same docs over and over again -- which causes delay(s). Although, borrowers are usually content with this delay as their interest rate dropped during the delay.  |
