On how to resolve this issue?

I don’t know why, but Nikki from Notary Pay sent me a PM addressed to Pam and Robert, explaining the situation and how to resolve issue. Nikki started by saying she tried posting but it would not post. Steps to resolve seem simple enough. If Pam and Robert have not seen that PM and want it, I can copy and forward via email.
