Usually pay around 30 days. Do Direct Deposit. They do play the lowball game, but are quite negotiable. I used to get fees like that from them when excess travel was involved. Now they pay my standard local fee and I no longer bother countering on distance ones as there seems to be more'n enough notaries everywhere I used to go. Have their own platform & have partnered with Stewart title (plus others) and 'acceptable counter' varies by client.
