To address Mr. Miller's point about PRINTING the digital record and attaching to some other PRINTED OUT digital record, the only way to defend this is to get people to realize that when a document with a PKI digital signature is printed, it looses almost all of it's security features. As far as I'm concerned, every printed document that I'm purported to have electronically signed is a fake. If you print a copy of this forum post on paper, it's a fake.
