There are a couple of different programs out there that are specifically designed for notaries/signing agents. There have been quite a few discussions about them here over the years, so you might be able to find more info via the search feature.

I know what you mean about yearly costs. It seems the trend is to pay for access, as an ongoing subscription, rather than being able to actually own anything anymore - and it feels like that includes our own data! Really annoying! Wink
