I would call the Title Co ASAP. They will be happy to check and then you will have plenty of time to correct the mistake, make sure that you do it before the NOROC date expires, then you will not hold up the borrowers funding. It is really hard on the whole process if the Title Co has to go to the SS to get aholde of you to do the corrections. I always include a business card and a note on how the signing went. IMHO Call the Title Co first thing in the morning. No one is perfect every time, I have learned it matters how you handle things when you make a mistake. One last thought it takes a team of people to getting some one funded, I am part of that team.
