I would not chase signing companies for business. I developed my business from title companies in the yellow pages. Once I got a good relationship going with one company, I would ask for leads to other companies. I've been doing this as my sole source of income for the last 10 years and have never, ever been stiffed. Came close once or twice, but always got paid. YTD volume as of today is 391 closings. Forget about signing companies....they
are parasites !
