The questions that I usually ask are:
What kind of loan?
How Many borrowers?
And weres it at?
and is it e-docs , overnighted,or do the borrowers have the docs?
I also suggest that you print out a copy of the "Signing Service Listing"pg from this website and keep it with you,so when a company does call you ,that you are not familier with ,then just look at the sheet to see what there star rating is before you take the signing.I usually take signings from those companys that have at least a four star rating .
