They no talka to you. They no talka to me either because I was not standing next to my printer. They no talka me because I could not tell them exactly when I changed my cartridge. I returned my printer for full price on my Office Depot extended warrantee. Yes full money back. I went and bought an HP. I was told by my local printer repair man that he will not ever ever ever work on brother for the same reason. I hate brothers custermer service. Never will ever buy anther one. Good luck
