Something he always has are notes or a teleprompter or both. I have to say, I give him kudos for lasting an hour without constantly dribbling. He just cannot stay focused on one thing. He reverts back, way back, as do a lot of older persons do. If he could just answer a question directly about a difficult situation without sidetracking to something else.
