Press secretaries have those notes, not the head of our country. He is supposed to be sharp. If he had to go into detail, then he might look at notes but not to read an answer already prepared for him. He had pictures of the journalists and answers to their questions! How nice that the local kindergarten class was able to supply the crayons!!
