And yes, Biden opened up borders, invited them in with no plan on day 1 of his 1st day in office undoing Trump's policies concerning immigration. (see below) This was and is the green light.
I guess not being able to problem-solve or accomplish anything is typical form a guy who did nothing for 40 years as a career politician. Now we have this flood of people, kids, drug dealers, and COVID flooding in and no control whatsoever under his doing.
