Yes, Marilyn. I'm with United Health Care and started out with F, went to G for a year and next year back to F.

2020, paid $130.82/mo; 2021, I'll pay $164.60 in Jan. and $171.74 each mo. the rest of the year and I pay via EFT auto pay plan. I don't know if the rates vary by age and/or pre-existing conditions. The only pre-existing condition I have is psoriasis and I'll be 68 on January 16th. I don't know why that Jan. premium is different. Maybe it's prorated because of birthday?? Wink
