I had a full body workout yesterday. Up and down my mountain with my rubbermaid wheelbarrow full of leaves and tree limbs, scaling the hillsides trimming brush and pulling down weeds. Over 12,000 steps, a cheese/veggie sandwich and grapes for lunch. So tired last night, I didn't eat dinner last night, but will have berries and oatmeal for breakfast...feel great after all that exercise and I can see where I've been all day! That was good for 5# so I'm ahead of the game this week. |
