I had similar very long and hard yard workouts over the last two weeks. Something about all the rain made everything overgrown. One of the days was yesterday, after 20 minutes on the bike and a tall smoothie, I hit it hard. Late in the afternoon, I just dropped.
Then my wife, who was off for the holiday started feeding me...grr...I must have put on your pounds!
I weighed my green smoothies and they are actually two pounds! So all last week, and today, I'm able to go without lunch, then plenty of veggies and greens for dinner with various proteins.
At least we're in this together! |
