I get CBD oil from the health food store for about $30 a small bottle and take the drops under your tongue. There are so many brands to choose from. Not expensive...you might want to try a few different labels before finding the one that works for you.

Mobility is key to fighting these aches and pains. CBD will help. There are also salves you might want to try.
