For those who get sore arms, years ago, after giving me some kind of vaccine (DPT?) which usually gives a sore arm, a nurse told me that it helps to move your arm around a bit after getting the shot. Maybe that makes the vaccine serum become absorbed more widely? No idea, but I've tried that every time since (I get an annual flu shot), and so far, it's worked great. Certainly doesn't do any harm.
On a different note, this morning I read some very encouraging info about a potential "Coronavirus Vaccine Patch [that] Could Protect Against All COVID Strains". Could be a game changer if it works:
