Depends on who you ask. That marker is the site where Hancock was buried, but it's a replacement for the original marker which was destroyed, along with the tomb, during the construction of a nearby wall. There are stories that his remains were removed when the tomb was destroyed and that no one knows what was done with them. There's also a story that his hands were removed by graverobbers who were unable to get some rings off his fingers.
