I love love love baked oysters with garlic butter and Italian seasoned bread crumbs in the broiler for about 8 minutes. Got to keep an eye on them though. Dont want the bread crumbs to get too toasted. Yummy and melt in your mouth. Like to top with chives and hot sauce.
