| When switching paper from letter to legal, mine sometimes gets jammed as well and sits inside the toner/drum. I found Brother customer support not much help recenty because unless you purchase their toner and give them the serial number off the box (not the starter toner), they most likely will not help you. Didn't me. Mine occurs probably about once a package transitioning back and forth bewteen the 2 trays. They have also been messing with codes when changing the toners out that it will not read it or accept the non Brother toners. I did finally getthe code and how to program to accept that. I have the MFC-L5800DW. It's finiky compared to the earlier models. Personally I think it is the drum-toner issue. Try Linkyo brnad, they seem the best. |
