I spent hours on the phone with Brother Support troubleshooting before they sent me a new printer and we looked at EVERYTHING. I do live in a very humid place, but I keep the AC up and I've also tried different paper in both trays. It only jams when it needs to switch paper trays, never at any other point in printing the package.
I will order a new cartridge and possibly a new drum (the printer is VERY NEW) and see what happens. I'm wondering if I need to buy Brother toner and not compatible toner at supermediastore. I see so many people use the compatible toner though....
I'm just so frustrated and just want this printer to actually WORK. I don't think it has one time printed a multi paper size package without it being a complete nightmare. |
