Re: Trump goes off the rails at press conference

" Don't tell me he's done nothing as you will admit to wearing blinders."

I don't have to tell you that - his record speaks for itself. What HAS he done? Gorsuch? Other than nominating him, all the real work was done by McConnell. Health care? Fail. Tax reform? Stalled. Infrastructure? Stalled. Jobs? Growing at a slower rate than under Obama.

"The left liberals keep beating the Russian drum even after the evidence that a DNC operative downloaded the computer files and leaked them to the public."

That never happened - it's a conspiracy theory still being promoted by Hannity. The man who allegedly broke the story is suing Fox News for making up quotes and attributing them to him. Both DC police and the FBI say that the reports are false - what more evidence do you need?

"the dims just keep throwing shxt against the wall to keep him busy so he hopefully can't accomplish his goals."

He's his own worst enemy and keeps bringing this stuff on himself. He wasn't scheduled to take questions at yesterday's press conference, was supposed to just make some remarks and then let others take questions. HE decided to wade in and repudiate what he had just said the day before - blame it on his ego, not on the press. When Bill Clinton was undergoing the investigation that eventually led to his impeachment and trial, he did not let the sideshow distract him from the tasks at hand - he let his attorneys handle it. Trump is incapable of doing that; every imagined slight, no matter how minor, has to be immediately and personally addressed by him and him alone. He doesn't have the discipline and focus to serve in that position - he should just go back to ripping off people in business deals and stiffing contractors for work they've done. He's proven to be very good at that over the years.
