There is no business nationwide and CA, in particular, is saturated with undercutting, lowballing notaries.

Sorry to be a DebbieDowner, but in good conscience, I would never recommend anyone enter this industry right now!!! And I think if there are trainers out there telling you otherwise, you may want to consider their motives.
