As others have said, I'd seriously assess the current market before investing in this endeavor. Predictions are that the mortgage business will be at a 14-year low.
My business is down over 50%, and I'm in my 8th year of this. The seasoned pros are struggling to survive, so chances for newbies are slim. Also, cos. will take advantage & offer you lowball fees. |
