As a precautionary measure, I've always included a copy of

the shipping label inside my white legal-sized envelope (thin enough to see the bar code image when pressed) which I then place within the shipper sleeve for my returning packages.

My hope has always been that if the shipper's sleeve became separated from the inner white envelope, they'd see it and use it to continue the routing.


Glad to know that FedEx would look for that! Smile
