Wow, that makes sense! I always thought you were not allowed to ship those types of "hazardous" things, or they would at least be in a box and sealed in plastic. UPS asks you about liquids and such.
More amazing your Fed ex/Kinkos takes 7:45 PM packages! Here 5:00-5:30 the latest in the stores....some boxes (if lucky) 6:30. In south FL, at the Boca HUB, cut off time was 7:30 PM sharp.
