there is an additional inaccurate statement in your latest post. Frown

"NEVER use anything but a SS"

No member in any of those affected regions ever said that those title/escrow companies "NEVER use anything but a SS." So, again another repeated misquoting of those professional members. They expressed their direct, first-hand experience and made NO broad-sweeping generalizing statements.
Your statements contain no cogent contributions to the discussion as you continue to choose to misquote and sadly only appear interested in creating drama and speaking condescendingly to those hardworking professional members implying that they aren’t working smartly or hard enough. :0

Perhaps you might find it helpful/useful to review many of those posts in order to realize what they are conveying as the point of their conveyance has been missed entirely as evidenced by your posts. Frown

The fees negotiated in one particular region of the country are unrelated to fees negotiated in another region as the COL varies greatly across the US. It’s completely inane to believe that fees would be the same and just as inane to live in one region and speak about opportunities in a region where you don’t reside. Frown

Each member has the right to post about their direct, first-hand experiences, just as you do, but you cross the line into being offensive when you make judgmental statements, speak condescendingly, tell them how to run their business, and choose to repeatedly misquote them. :0

For your own edification, the members in those regions NEVER said what you've advanced in arguing your off-point repeatedly:

" ALL ss's in a certain region charge exactly the same and how ALL TC's operate exactly the same in a certain region"

"100% of all local business has the exact same fee structure and business model."

"NEVER use anything but a SS"

There is no basis for what you’re advancing other than to condescend to those members and generate drama. Please exit your attack mode and review the posts of those members in order to ACCURATELY comprehend the message they’re conveying. TIA
