| Not an issues as long as you called the SS and title company who hired you to get a confirmation, and then when you do your completion report make note in there what you did and who authorized it, and who you left them to. I have even had realtors drive across the state to hand deliver for the big ones. (they probably wanted to get their check too as an incentive!) |
