bit longer than a normal signing. When I called to confirm with the BOs, the hubby asked me if anyone 'had the courtesy to mention' that he was visually impaired and that his wife is blind.

I let him know that his mention of it was the first I knew of it. :-(

Reached out to the Title Company and revised the fee (that was a bit of a struggle with them).

The compensation was not near the normal due to time requirements. Chalked it up to experience gained and being of service by patiently working through each and every document. The lender required an additional witness to the transaction and he was clearly antsy/impatient after the first 45 minutes . . . Big Smile

I speculated the time requirements and was close, but live l Learn. Certainly, I will definitively know how to fully design the fee structure for this type of signing in the future.
