I ALWAYS tell the Borrowers and GNW clients an approximation of time at confirmation of appointment. I quote high and say it could be more or less depending on questions or issues that arise.

They frequently seem surprised at the length of time because they have no idea of certain aspects of our job. They don't normally know that we have to fill out our journal and have them sign it; give an oath; fill out a loose leaf cert; and/or create a receipt.

Most clients are happy to know how long they will be tied up with us because of their own personal schedules.
