signers let me know they have time limits (like 6:00 closing and they tell me the have to be at XX place by 7) -

It does sound like a good idea but I, personally, would be concerned about opening up that can of worms - "why so long?", "Joe said it would only by 15 minutes" or "for what??"

Yes, TMI and all that...gets us in trouble.. Smile
