you are looking at. PCOR is a county form required on all transfers of title. Borrs (transferees) sign on second to last line of second page and print their names beneath that. Date in the box.
Preliminary Title Report....borrs sign in the read approved and accepted box.
Termite Report and Completion....borrs sign in the read approved and accepted box. Usually, there is a report of 'wood destroying pests' detailing where the little critters are and then there is a one page completion report detailing the work that was done to get rid of them. Usually, the lender/escrow wants the report and the completion signed.
