| rarely, if ever, attach a loose certificate. I do have to admit that once or twice something got kicked back to me because I missed something. Again, they have to send me the document in order for me to correct it. I've seen pkgs. (mostly CA) where they have an "extra" acknowledgement included. I never complete it or return it. |
