Actually the D.A. was concerned about the handwritten portion (property description) and the grantee handwritten portion and determined two different people filled that part of the document out. Of course the date had a lot to do with it also since my sister didn't get there until Jan.
The kicker was, the notary said the notarization took place in the bank's parking lot and the surveillance camera showed no such action like that in the parking lot on that date! |
