What a blessing, JD

These two young men deserve a strong slap across their faces, and to get busy with paying their mother back somehow. Where does she turn now, after her own sons defrauded her of her home. Very sad state of affairs.

I've seen worse, however, in my travels. Especially here in SB. This elderly lady signed her home over to the pool maintenance guy, he moved in with her, and her 4 children could do nothing about it. He was her "lover". Mom had lost her sensibilities. The pool man sold the home after the lady passed, and he moved far away from here. Costa Rica, where he lives like a king on Mother's money from the family home for generations.

Should be a law, but sometimes things go wrong so fast and there is nothing to be done.
