1. Times you'd be allowed to go in.
2. Inmate ID availability.
3. Witness availability if needed.
4. Procedures of the particular facility.
5. TIME TIME TIME....if anything happens in that jail you'll be subject to any lockdowns they may have.

Lots of little things, but IMO the most important is you personally contacting the facility and find out what their procedures are and how it will be accomplished.

There HAS to be a reason others won't do it - now that you know that you need to find out why; what is it that people have found out.
