Agree, but as long as their loans get closed, the title co. could care less. I bet if you threaten her accounts, many could maybe get paid sooner. She cannot risk her only cash flow.
My theory is Lisa and gang never took any budget cuts themselves, living large and robbing Peter to pay Paul...meaning, the money that comes in for the last closings, has to go back 3-4 months to pay those old closings off "after" she takes care of herself. She will never catch up completely with her cash flow...She doesn't have the resources. It will only take her losing her 1-2 good title accounts, and no one will be paid. I do not think any company would be that far behind in paying if they had money sitting there. jmo |
