| Did a signing 3/2015; 30 days later sent email status inquiry on my fee. Did numerous emails & calls with no answer. Called Office #, Cell #, Home # & no response. Finally spoke to gal in her office & asked if Lisa H was still the owner because she's never in & doesn't respond to messages. Told her that my only resource was to contact the Notary Commission for Texas and/or perhaps the Attorney General's Office. Two days later Lisa responded with email advising check had been sent but another will be sent for my fee. Today got my payment, deposited and it was accepted by my bank. It wasn't a lot of money but it irritates me to have these jokers get away with MY money. It pays to be persistence! Of course, wont be taken in by her again & for sure she wont want to work with me. Just had to share. |
