The name on Deed vesting is probably how she signed it (Lina rather than Rosalina). Why notary didn't pick up on it at time of signing, dunno.
Now, the question becomes: If and when they were to sell the property or deed it someone else, does Lina have ID that will allow that transaction?
Maybe they can go back to original TC to correct the vesting ......
