Why not just send the money to the bank and pay it off?

I have prepared my own grant deeds for myself. I have seen enough of them to know what they are supposed to look like. I know what they are supposed to say. I know they need a PCOR. My understanding is that we cannot help others prepare legal documents, but people prepare their own.

When I prepared mine, I took it down to the County Recorder and asked if, when it was signed, if it could be recorded. She told me (without giving legal advice) that something was missing. When it was correct, I had it signed and notarized, and it recorded just fine.

But it would not hurt to get get and attorney to do it correctly.
