Swap for a purchase closing in Hartford?
Posted by BobbiCT of CT on 7/22/16 4:34pm Msg #556655
Got a text for a purchase in Hartford ... reply with MY BID!

LOL As those in CT know: Wonder what's going to happen when the Seller's attorney asks for the checks, since a purchase is a "good funds" at the time the seller's deed is presented in CT. Plus the purchaser's attorney is responsible to issue all checks at the closing table, not to mention explaining the closing costs and lender's documents to the purchaser/borrower.
