Phillip Hogan, President of Signing Services of America LLC, doesn't pay on time. After follow-up emails and calls, I'm still waiting on payment from 4/18/17. I do not trust his word. He claims that payment is going out today and harshly reminded me to read the confirmation first before calling him. He said, "How I will pay you and when I will pay you is in black and white." I pulled up the confirmation and in small print, it says "terms are net 60". I asked, "What's your point? It's in black and white, yet you're not following what it says. Today is day 71." He stumbles on his words and interrupts constantly. He assures me that I will be paid today. Yet, I don't trust him. So I called the owner of the company that hired him. He offered to call Phillip on my behalf. He said he has had problems with Phillip as well. He mentioned that Phillip preaches and offers unwanted advice to him on how to run a business. He is going to point out to Phillip the importance of paying notaries. The owner I spoke to is switching to All States Notary. I walked him through how to look up notaries on his own through Notary Rotary. It would be helpful to eliminate middle men period (especially the likes of Phillip) who cheat notaries and hang up on notaries who are calling for payment. When reading Signing Central reviews, he cheats the notary rotary rating system as well by self rating himself. It's beyond obvious!
