Your payment should have gone out on 6/18 according to his 60 days net, so he's about 10 days late....then give or take your USPS could take 5-7 days to get....so he could say about 3 days late. Today is not 7/1.
Easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar... meaning try and work with him right now than airing his dirty laundry just yet. Next time always make sure terms are net 30 or less.
If he is over 30 days late (July 18th), that's when to really air all of this. You may upset him and now out of spite withhold even longer.
Sorry this happened to you, but I would start sending out demand emails, and call everyday. If that doesn't work, go to certified a certified letter. Good luck. |
