They can probably give you advice as to other state and local agencies you can submit your complaint to.

I see it this way, as to what you can do to try and collect your monies owed:

1) file a small claims court and hope to win so as to receive a money judgment that the defendant must pay.
2) hire a collection agency, pay a small fee to collect.
3) keep calling and emailing, everyday in the hopes that the accounting person (if they have one) will be reached and cut a check and mail it the same day as payment in full.

I'd start with filing complaints with your state's consumer finance, ripoffreport dot com, and post about their non-paying a$$ on every nsa forum, including FB nsa/notary forums.

Good luck and let us know what company you are referring to, and link your post to it if the company is listed in Signing Central.
