I have the same question as Cari about the comparisons.
As a new notary and signing agent, the threads about companies that don't pay are godsends. I research well because I want to be paid for my work.
If I understood your post correctly--it is not libel to blatantly state the name of a company that has not paid you. It is putting other notaries on the alert. Libel would be publishing false information that you had not been paid when you were, or writing that the owner of the company is a scumbag because you have not yet gotten paid.
I think notaries need to stick together, but it's also important to do your research before booking an order.
