New Trend Emerging for Signing Services???

I have noticed more and more requests for signings via SnapDocs wherein several signing services are now sending the documents directly to the borrowers, with no faxback required; however, these signing services are offering only $30.00 to $45.00 for these assignments, apparently justifying the lower fee for less services by the Notary. I have NOT accepted any of these lowball signings, but has anyone else noted a trend?
