Your business prospects depend on what part of the state you're in. If you're in a rural area with little competition, you have a good shot. You can get at least something of an idea of your competition by going to the "Find a Notary" tab at the top of the page and searching for your zip code.
Also, get very familiar with the orange search button viewable from the first page of this forum. Nearly every one of your questions have been asked and answered many times over the year. As for message 33325, yes, some of the technical info has changed, but IMO there's still much info there about thinking like a business owner, attitude, marketing, etc., that I believe is still valuable. Just read with the awareness that we're in different times - although the current times are very reminiscent of what went on in 2008 etc., after the 'mortgage meltdown'. |
