| From what I've read and experienced, Ralph Lewis (owner of non-paying Archimerc and scheduler for Wayne Snyder at NAT USA, Inc,) is somewhat knowledgeable about the process, great at IT related matters, and answers the phone prior to and during the closing. However, he dodges calls and uses threatening language when notaries follow-up regarding payment. From my experience with him over time, he has no intention of being a good guy. He is a scam artist and loves to intimidate notaries. For example, he complemented me more than once regarding doing a "great job". Then threatened a lawsuit when I got on his case for not returning calls regarding non-payment. |
